We are no longer able to accept prescription requests via email.
You can request repeat prescriptions from us online via Patient Access. If you do not have a Patient Access account, please visit the practice to request your login details (you will need two forms of ID).
Repeat prescription requests can also be dropped into the surgery during opening hours.
Please allow 48hrs before collecting your prescription from reception.
There may be occasions when the doctors will need to see you before issuing a repeat prescription. We can only process repeat prescriptions, not requests for new medications.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows your prescription to be sent directly by the practice to the nominated pharmacy of your choice then you will be able to collect your medication directly from there without the need to come to the practice unless your GP needs to review your treatment in person. If you have not yet signed up to EPS please speak to a member of staff or your pharmacist for more information as the first step in setting up this system is to ‘nominate a pharmacy’
